Town Of Oyster Bay Pools Open For Summer As Of June 22

The five community pools will stay open daily through Labor Day.

OYSTER BAY, NY — The summer season is about to begin at all Town of Oyster Bay community pools.

The five pools will open on Saturday, June 22.

"The warm, sunny days of summer are nearly upon us and all residents are welcome to join us for a swim all summer long," Supervisor Joseph Saladino said. "Town Pool memberships offer families and senior citizens access to many great amenities, including upgraded restrooms, pool deck furniture, picnic benches and sunshades."

The town pools are:

  • Bethpage Community Park
  • Marjorie Post Community Park in Massapequa
  • Plainview-Old Bethpage Community Park
  • Syosset-Woodbury Community Park
  • Tappen Beach in Glenwood Landing

They will be open each day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Labor Day, weather permitting, with extended weekday hours until 8 p.m. at Syosset-Woodbury on Mondays. Plainview-Old Bethpage on Tuesdays, Bethpage on Wednesdays, Marjorie Post on Thursdays. All pool with the except of Tappen Beach are open late on Fridays.
