$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley

NEWBURGH, NY — Some lucky lottery-ticketbuyer in the Hudson Valley has won $1 million from the April 30 Mega Millions drawing.

New York Lottery officials said the second-prize-winning ticket was sold at Smokes 4 Less at 59 North Plank Road in Newburgh.

Winning numbers for the April 30 Mega Millions drawing are 10-18-27-37-61 with a Mega Ball of 5, according to the New York Lottery website.

To win a second prize, a customer must have chosen all five numbers correctly — without the Mega Ball.

There was no winner of the $257 million jackpot. The jackpot for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing is now estimated to be $284 million.

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions game are drawn from a field of one to 70. The Mega Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 25.

Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m.
