Orange County Sets Date For Freedom Fest Fireworks
The event will include a special salute to the county's veterans and will feature live music.
MONTGOMERY, NY — The 2022 Freedom Fest fireworks show in Orange County has been scheduled.
County Executive Steven Neuhaus announced plans for the event which will take place Friday, July 29 at Thomas Bull Memorial Park in Montgomery.
The event will include a special salute to the county's veterans and will feature live music from the Black Dirt Bandits, as well as a variety of food trucks and vendors.

Neuhaus said the county is looking forward to hosting the family friendly community event, and another great turnout is anticipated.
"Freedom Fest encourages our community to come together to celebrate and honor our veterans and enjoy a fun evening," he said.

The gates will tentatively open at 4 p.m. and the fireworks will begin at dusk.
Food and drinks can be purchased from vendors throughout the evening.
