The article included information on Hyde Park’s Franklin Delano Roosevelt home and presidential library, Hyde Park’s Culinary Institute of America and Poughkeepsie’s Walkway Over The Hudson.

The article suggested visiting the Franklin Delano Roosevelt home and library to see just how the location influenced the person FDR would become.

Author Debra Bruno also suggested tasting some of the Hudson Valley’s best food at the CIA’s new pop-up café Pangea, as well as the CIA's traditional restaurants and Apple Pie Bakery.

Bruno also suggested a stroll on on the Walkway Over The Hudson, which is the world’s longest elevated pedestrian walkway.
