DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — Parts of the mid-Hudson Valley can expect more snow Monday.

To that end, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Dutchess County.

The advisory is in effect until 5 p.m. Monday.

Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches can be expected, meteorologists said.

Snow could fall up to a half inch per hour.

Plan on slippery road conditions, and the hazardous conditions may linger into the evening commute, so drivers should slow down and use caution while traveling.
