NEW YORK CITY — A New York City housing lottery has opened up at an apartment building in Hudson Yards — a neighborhood was recently named the most expensive place to live in the city.

Only 114 units out of 453 residences are available at 550 Tenth Avenue at West 41st Street, according to NYC Housing Connect.

The lottery for the Hudson Yards building ends on Oct. 9.

Renters must earn an income between $59,280 and $209,625. Studio apartments start from $1,655 to $3,015 per month, one-bedroom apartments are priced from $1769 to $3,225 per month and two-bedroom apartment are $2,114 to $3,861 per month.

Heat, gas and hot water are included in the rent.
