NEW HYDE PARK, NY — One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash involving an overturn in New Hyde Park on Wednesday morning, Nassau police said.

The vehicles collided and one flipped over at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and New Hyde Park Road just after 7 a.m., a police spokesman said.

The person sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.
