Donned in masks and adhering to social distancing guidelines, the students were invited into the building to sign a canvas painting created by art teacher Syd Glasser. The painting features the school’s mascot, a knight, in a protective mask and displaying a heart with its hands. It is meant to represent the Class of 2020, as well as the global pandemic that has affected their final high school year. The painting will be permanently displayed in the school.

During the event, the seniors also received their caps and gowns. They exited the campus to the applause of teachers and staff, as well as live music.
