Coastal Flood Warning Monday for New Rochelle
Timing is the issue with the storm and high tides.
A coastal flood warning has been issued for locations along western Long Island Sound.
The National Weather Service said tides may be 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 feet above astronomical tides due to the coastal storm.
The warning is in effect until 1 p.m. Monday
