How Much Snow and Ice Will New Rochelle See Monday?

It's a crazy forecast to go from below zero today to around 50 degrees on Tuesday, with snow, ice and rain along the way.

Now that we have the coldest of the cold weather behind us, we can look forward to the beginning of a new week that, unfortunately, has frozen precipitation in the forecast.

The National Weather Service issued Hazardous Weather Outlooks for Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties that say a developing low pressure system will move up the coast and produce snow Monday afternoon, which will transition to freezing rain and eventually to all rain.
