Newest Luxury Tower In The New Rochelle Skyline Opens: See Inside

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Queen City on the Sound is marking the grand opening of the latest residential and retail development to change the cityscape.

RXR, the master developer behind the explosive redevelopment of downtown New Rochelle, on celebrated the opening of Two Clinton Park, its newest residential tower with 390 apartments.

"Ten years ago, RXR was selected to revitalize Downtown New Rochelle in partnership with the City of New Rochelle through thoughtful development and community engagement," RXR VP Joseph Graziose, Jr. said. "We are incredibly proud of all of the work accomplished over the past decade, it is a testament to the power of what can be delivered when the public and private sector partner together. We look forward to continuing our work in this great city and to venturing upon the next phase and chapter for Downtown New Rochelle."

Two Clinton Park was conceived with a decidedly luxurious residential experience in mind. In addition to hundreds of units ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, the tower has 7,500 square feet of retail space and nearly 24,000 square feet of shared amenities.

Those amenities at Two Clinton Park include outdoor space with landscaped terraces, a sundeck, grilling stations, lounge seating, firepits, and pizza ovens. Indoors, there is a community lounge with bar, a screening room, an indoor putting green, a golf simulator and a billiards table. A fitness center, a yoga room, spa facilities, private meeting rooms, work spaces and a children’s play room will also be available to residents. Parking, a 24-hour staffed lobby, and a package room are also offered.

Two Clinton Park shares a downtown campus with its sister tower, One Clinton Park, which opened in 2022. Together, the two towers form a public plaza suitable for performances and community events.

City officials said the opening was even sweeter, given the unexpected challenges that unique public/private partnership faced over that remarkably active decade.

"When the City of New Rochelle first launched our partnership with RXR, we did so with the intention of spurring development in the downtown area and bringing people together to enjoy the best of what New Rochelle has to offer," New Rochelle Commissioner of Development Adam Salgado said. "The opening of Two Clinton Park completes a transformative project years in the making, replacing an aging municipal parking structure with two amenity-rich towers, a welcoming public plaza, attractive street-level retail, and upgraded parking, along with permanent local jobs. RXR has demonstrated itself as a critical partner in revitalizing our downtown, spurring development, and enhancing our vibrant community.
