Fewer Hudson Valley Home Sales in April

This downward trend has been going on in recent years.

Last month, 768 single-family homes sold in Rockland County, a 35% nosedive from the same month last year where 1185 homes sold. This has been a downward trend because in April 2021, 1443 homes sold.

Meanwhile, Westchester saw a similar drop in number of single-family homes being sold. In April of 2023, 1084 homes sold. It was 1646 in 2022 and 2007 in 2021.

In the month of April in recent years, all Hudson Valley counties have sold fewer homes, year-on-year.
