Hi Tor's Pet of the Week: Lola

Each week we highlight another wonderful pet adoptable from Hi Tor Animal Care Center, Rockland County's only animal shelter.

Lola is a 5-year-old female pit bull mix who came to the shelter as a stray. She gets along with some dogs so it will just depend on the other dog. She has not been tested with cats yet and we feel she would do well with kids about 10 and older. This girl is just so sweet, friendly, loving and gentle. She’s a stunner, although this pretty little thing (and she is petite) was apparently used for breeding, as you’ll notice when you meet her. But no matter what she’s gone through her sweet disposition shines through...the true hallmark of a ‘pittie’!!!

For more information, contact Hi Tor Animal Care Center, 65 Fireman’s Memorial Drive, Pomona, NY (Phone: 845-354-7900, Email: [email protected]).

NOTE: Adopted 12/5/15! Have a wonderful life in your fur-ever home (see new photo)!!
