Hi Tor's Pet of the Week: Shea

Each week we highlight another wonderful pet adoptable from Hi Tor Animal Care Center, Rockland County's only animal shelter.

Shea is a 1-2 year-old pit bull mix who came to the shelter as a stray. This poor little girl came in with swollen eyes but has since been on medication to make her feel all better! Shea is good with other dogs, but unknown about cats. Shea is a bit on the shy side at first but does warm up very nicely, so we feel it would be best for her to be in a home with teens and older. She’s a sweet and friendly gal who loves nothing more than to lay by your side and be petted. She’s a pretty low-key and low-energy dog. She would make a great addition to any family.
