WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Con Ed reports 89 outages affecting 716 customers as of 10:36 a.m. and the National Weather Service has extended the High Wind Warning to 1 p.m.
Outages have climbed since the 6:30 report, when there were only 16 outages with 168 customers out of service.
There are 79 customers out of service in Mount Vernon.

Among the other neighborhood outages: In Yorktown, two outages are affecting two neighborhoods, with 148 out in Jefferson Valley and 28 out in Mohegan Lake. There are 26 customers out in Cortlandt; 42 out in Harrison; 23 out in New Rochelle.
