Cortlandt To Auction Foreclosed Properties
The properties are a boat slip, vacant land and a parcel with a structure on it.
CORTLANDT, NY — The town of Cortlandt is auctioning off three foreclosed properties.
The parcels being auctioned include a boat slip at Half Moon Bay, vacant land at 266 White St. in Buchanan and land with a structure on it located at 432 Furnace Dock Road.
Town officials said viewing and bidding will take place completely online through AARauctions.com.

While the properties can be viewed now, bidding will not begin until 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28.

The auction is slated to close at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30. However, it will actually close two minutes after the last bid. Therefore, if a bid is placed at 10:59 a.m., you will have up to two minutes to place another bid. This will continue until no other bids are placed.
