Cortlandt To Hold Swearing-In Ceremony

The public can attend the swearing-in at town hall or via Zoom.

CORTLANDT, NY — The town of Cortlandt will hold a swearing-in ceremony for newly elected and re-elected officials will be held on Sunday, Jan. 7.

The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at Town Hall.

Richard Becker will be sworn in as supervisor. Robert Mayes and Joyce White will take office as members of the town council. Martza Fugaro-Norton will take the oath of office for town justice.

Additionally, Colin Smith and Emiljana Ulaj will be sworn in as county legislators for District 1 and District 9, respectively.

A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony.
