Hendrick Hudson District OKs 2022-23 Budget

There was also a transportation proposition on the ballot Tuesday.

MONTROSE, NY — Voters in the Hendrick Hudson School District were asked to approve an $86.6 million budget for the 2022-23 school year Tuesday.

The spending plan, which represented a 2.8 percent budget-to-budget increase, was approved 957 to 363, according to unofficial results.

Also on the ballot was a transportation proposition that asked the public to approve up to $500,000 for six vehicles. It was approved.

There were three trustee seats up for the election with five people running to fill them. The winners were Erica Mils, Jeremy Basso and Stephanie Hickey. Also on the ballot were incumbents Lisa Anderson and William Oricchio.
