Pasquale A. Zimbalatti Of Cortlandt Dies At 89

He worked as a purchasing agent for Chromally Corp., Stern-Sterndent Corp. and Pace University before retiring.

CORTLANDT, NY — Pasquale A. “Pat” Zimbalatti, a former resident of Ossining, who was recently residing in Cortlandt passed away on March 30, 2018. He was 89. Pat was born in Port Chester August 9, 1928, the son of Edward and Antoinette Pelagalle Zimbalatti.

He worked as a purchasing agent for Chromally Corp., Stern-Sterndent Corp. and Pace University before retiring. He was a graduate of Port Chester High School class of 1947. Graduate of American Institute of Banking, Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a graduate in Economics at Rutgers University. Pat was a Veteran serving in the US Army.

His memberships included being a Life Member of Port Chester Knights of Columbus, Bronx-New Rochelle Elks Lodge, Ossining Golden Agers and Cortlandt Seniors.

Zimbalatti's hobbies were reading and traveling. He was a parishioner of St. Ann’s Church in Ossining where he founded the Travel Group.

He is survived by his wife Eva Cretara Zimbalatti and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Sally Masi. There will be no reposing hours.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Church in Ossining at 10:30 a.m. Thursday April 5. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale. Arrangements by John G. Crawford Funeral Director.
