Peekskill Police Need Your Help Finding Main Street Homicide Suspect
After the victim was found with severe lacerations to the lower part of his body on June 10, he died just days later on Sunday.
PEEKSKILL, NY — Police have identified a suspect in a brutal slaying, and they need your help bringing the wanted man to justice.
The Peekskill Police Department says that on June 10, at 3:40 a.m., officers were called to reports of a fight on the 900 block of Main Street.
Police found a single victim, later identified as Carlos Rodriguez, with severe lacerations to the lower part of his body.

Officers provided immediate assistance to Rodriguez, who was then taken to the Westchester Medical Center by EMS.
On Sunday, Rodriguez died as a result of the injuries he sustained during the altercation.

On Tuesday, detectives identified Walter F. Bustos-Solis as a suspect in this case, and say they are attempting to locate him.
Police believe that this was an isolated incident.
