Nikita Zeyfman will manage the restaurant’s beverage program, which will include seasonal cocktails and Apropos’ elevated mixology.

Nestled atop historic Fort Hill in Peekskill, the Abbey Inn & Spa is a 42-room, full-service boutique hotel set within a space as striking as its surroundings: the former convent of the Episcopal Sisters of Saint Mary.

The convent was repurposed with luxury accommodations and amenities including Apropos — voted one of Westchester’s top restaurants; a serene spa and stunning meeting, event and gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors overlooking the Hudson River that are able to accommodate events of all sizes.
