Dealer Connected To 2 Fatal Nassau Overdoses Arrested: Cops

He possessed 228 bags of heroin and other drugs at the time of his arrest, police say.

A drug dealer police say is connected to two fatal heroin overdoses in Nassau County was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 26 in Bethpage.

According to authorities, an investigation located East Meadow resident Alan Sadowsky to Extended Stay Hotel, located at 905 South Oyster Bay Road, and placed him under arrest.

Police say Sadowsky is directly linked to a fatal overdose in Plainview on Oct. 4, 2018 and one in Oceanside on Jan. 26.

Sadowsky was in possession of 228 bags of heroin, 10 grams of cocaine, 16 suboxone strips, 10 methadone pills, 16 roxicodone pills, and 2 xanax pills at the time of his arrest, police say.

He was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third0degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Monday.
