A captain of the cross-country and track teams, Pennacchio holds 11 individual school records and is part of four relay records. She credits the growth of the teams she is a part of to the strong momentum and success the program has seen in recent years. She notes that she and her teammates have even broken some of the records they set as younger athletes.
