Hearing on Pepsico Plan for 122,000sqft R&D Building in Mount Pleasant
Comments on the draft environmental impact statement can be made at the hearing or by mail or email.
Pepsico has proposed a new 3-story, 122,000 square-foot building for R&D, renovations to existing buildings and parking, as well as overall modernization of its property at Columbus and Stevens avenues.
Its draft environmental impact statement has undergone revisions and is now complete, the Mount Pleasant Planning Board declared Jan. 5.
A Public Hearing on the DEIS will be held Feb. 2 at Town Hall, in the Courtroom. It is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
