PLEASANTVILLE, NY — The Pleasantville Planning Commission is scheduled to discuss the possibility of a future subdivision at the headquarters of Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson on Great Oak Lane at its July 13 meeting.

An offer was accepted for the 1.26-acre property on June 30, according to the listing on the Berkshire Hathaway website. The property is within easy walking distance of Pleasantville's schools, library, shopping district and train station.

The Planning Commission's agenda notes: "Michael Guillaro - Girl Scouts property - Request for informal discussion for planning feedback regarding possible future subdivision."

Guillaro is the acquisition and development director for Unicorn Contracting, which is based in Cold Spring.
