"There's a blend of formal and informal rooms," Turner told the New York Post. "There's a family room next to the kitchen, which many of these old mansions don't have."

"Longmeadow is a spectacular property — a true Hudson River estate. The owner has done a masterful job in renovating the house in a cool, comfortable and modern aesthetic that preserves its original grandeur and integrity," he told the paper.

According to property records, Zeta-Jones purchased the home for $4.5 million in August of 2019.

"When I purchased our Irvington home I knew our family would share many happy times here, and we have!" Zeta-Jones told The Wall Street Journal. She added that since both of the couple's children have left the nest, the time felt right to sell the property.

"Michael and I plan to spend more time in Bermuda and Europe," she added.

Annual taxes are estimated to be $197,985 and the property is zoned to the Irvington Union Free School District.

The couple previously lived in Bedford where they purchased a home on West Patent Road for $11.25 million in 2014, and later sold it in 2019 for $20.5 million, according to property records.

Prior to that, the couple lived in a Bedford home on Guard Hill Road, which they purchased for $5 million in 2010 and sold for $7.5 million in 2014, according to property records.
