Syed was recently elected Governor of Rotary Club district 7230-covering Bermuda, Westchester, the Bronx, Staten Island, Manhattan

Greenburgh’s Syed Alirahi, a former Fire Chief in Elmsford and community leader, was recently sworn into office to the important position of District Governor of Rotary Club 7230.

Syed and Vice Chairman Martin Schulman discuss the work of Rotary Clubs on the cable show/you tube video Solving Problems. There are Rotary Clubs all over the world. Syed will lead Rotary Clubs in Manhattan, Staten Island, the Bronx, Westchester and Bermuda.
