Cornhole Enthusiasts Compete On The Beach In Blue Point
Tuesday nights at Corey Beach are for friendly cornhole competition, with a view.
BLUE POINT, NY —Cornhole enthusiasts gathered on a cloudy Tuesday night at Corey Beach in Blue Point for some friendly competition with a great view. The drop-in cornhole tournaments happen right on the sand and run on several Tuesdays in July and August.
The games are sponsored by the Town of Brookhaven and cost $5 per person. Teams of two compete for prizes.
The tournaments are: July 20 and 27 and August 3 and 10, starting at 6 p.m.
