Noodles & Company Sets Opening Date For Patchogue Restaurant

The fast-casual restaurant chain is hiring about 40 people for its new location, the first in Suffolk County.

Noodles & Company will open its new Patchogue restaurant on June 15, company officials have announced.

The Patchogue location in Waverly Plaza at 367C Sunrise Highway will be the first Noodles & Company restaurant to open in Suffolk.

“We are pleased to announce the opening of our second Noodles and Company location on Long Island,” said Ed Choe, president of Doherty Enterprises. “Guests can choose from a wide variety of dishes, which are fully customizable to please even the pickiest of eaters. We are excited to continue our Noodles & Company Long Island expansion and we look forward to serving the people of Patchogue and the surrounding areas.”

The fast-casual restaurant chain, which serves noodles and pasta dishes from around the world, already has a location in Garden City and it has plans to open up three other locations on Long Island, in addition to the Patchogue location, this year.

The 3,300 square-foot Patchogue restaurant will have seating for 90 guests inside the dining room and 52 guests on the expansive outside patio. The restaurant will also offer its enhanced service feature, P.L.U.S., an acronym for Please Let Us Serve, which provides dedicated hosts in its dining room to specifically cater to the needs of each guest – all without tipping, company officials said.
