Throughout the day other companies such as O23 Coaching, RISE Nutrition and more will be in attendance to discuss their services and provide further insight into healthy living.

The event will conclude with various raffle prizes. Every individual who visits the store during the event will receive one raffle ticket with additional tickets provided for participation in a fitness segment or with a purchase.

"We're thrilled to be hosting this event promoting wellness in our community, featuring local businesses and long-term partners of Cornucopia," said Chris Kroeger, general manager.

Founded and family-owned since 1976, the store operates under the belief that a healthy lifestyle looks different for each individual, its website said, and this event seeks to parallel that by showing the variety of offerings in our community.

"Self ownership of physical and mental health is more important than ever," said Kroeger. "We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to shine a light on some of our favorite local businesses that are designed to guide our community in their personal wellness journeys."
