East Hampton Man Charged With Felony DWI In Flanders: Police

FLANDERS, NY — An East Hampton man was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Flanders Friday, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Sergio Salazar-Domingo, 41, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. after officers saw him failing to maintain his lane. During a traffic stop, officers learned that Salazar-Dominguez was intoxicated and also operating with a revoked license, police said.

His vehicle was impounded; he was arrested and charged with felony DWI, prior conviction; first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony; seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and equipment violations, a violation, police said.
