SAGAPONACK, NY ≠ The only available reserve land in Sagaponack has sold and closed, according to representing agent Carol Nobbs of Douglas Elliman.

The 10-plus-acre parcel, which runs from Parsonage Lane to Hedges Lane and comes with a deeded path straight to Peters Pond and the ocean, sold for $4.75 million, Douglas Elliman said.

With a $15 million median home sale price, Parsonage Lane has been cited as the most expensive street in the Hamptons, according to Property Shark. The land can be used for an organic farm or a horse farm, with accommodations for up to 13 horses, Douglas Elliman said.
