Red Bar Brasserie Sells In Southampton

The former home, for 20+ years, of the iconic Southampton eatery has been sold for $3.4 million, Brown Harris Steven says.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY – The longtime Southampton eatery Red Bar Brasserie has been sold for $3.4 million.

According to a Lori Levin, a representative of Rubenstein Public Relations, Brown Harris Stevens agent Maritza Jimenez sold the property, located at 210 Hampton Road.

Details on the buyer were not yet available, she said.

"The high visibility location exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, seating 92 patrons, and offering the convenience of grandfathered parking on the side and along Hampton Road," a release said.

The property also includes three bedrooms and one bath above the restaurant, which are legal for staff housing as well as an income-producing three-bedroom, two-bathroom single family residence, the release said.

The property closed on February 10, according to the release.
