Sag Harbor Students Celebrate 100 Days of School

The kindergarten class celebrated their 100th day earlier last week.

Wearing handmade 100 Day of School hats, all four Sag Harbor Elementary School kindergarten classes celebrated the 100th day of school earlier last week.

The day started with a demonstration during the morning program of what they have learned so far this school year.

The presentation of their counting skills was the culmination of a week of activities related to 100 days of school.

Students sorted items into units of 100, popped 100 kernels of corn, ate a cookie by taking 100 bites, wrote 100 words and walked through the school by taking 100 steps with their fifth-grade buddies.
