See What Street Is The Priciest In The Hamptons

The median home sale price is $15 million for properties on the swankiest street in the monied Hamptons, new report says.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — In the monied Hamptons, to-die-for homes go for quite a chunk of change. But even among the richest of the rich, there are still some streets that are a step above when it comes to the price of gorgeous mansions with storied views of breathtaking vistas.

According to a new report by Property Shark, which took a look at the Top 10 most expensive streets in the Hamptons in 2018, the top streets were sited in Sagaponack, Bridgehampton and Southampton.

Property Shark said it looked at all the residential sales closed in the Hamptons between January and December, 2018, calculated the median sale price for each street, and determined those with the highest medians.

The report indicated that Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack came in as the #1 most expensive street in the Hamptons for 2018, with a median home sale price of $15 million. Coming in at $2 was Jobs Lane in Bridgehampton, with a median sale price of just under $11 million. Next, in the third spot, was Captain's Neck Lane in Southampton, with a median sale price of $8.6 million, Property Shark said.

With high end price tags, some of the majestic manses sold on the streets have been tied to celebrities including Justin Bieber, Ralph Lauren, Raymond and Kevin Durant, the report stated.

Meanwhile, over on East Hampton's tony Further Lane, stunning properties had a median sale price of $7.3 million in 2018, with 189 Further Lane the most expensive sale on the street at $13.6 million, the report said.
