Southampton NY, Tuckahoe Common School District is honored to announce a Field of Flags ceremony on November 8th on the front lawn of our campus. We extend a heartfelt invitation to all Veterans and community members to join us in paying tribute to our local heroes.

Starting at 1 p.m., this event aims to unite our community in recognition and support of our brave veterans. Superintendent Leonard Skuggevik will deliver an address acknowledging their service, sacrifice, and commitment to our country.

The event will commence with the National Anthem, followed by a student address detailing the importance of the Wounded Warrior Project and Wreaths Across America. This will provide an opportunity for our younger generation to express their gratitude and understanding of the sacrifices made by our veterans.
