Brazilian Market Opens On The Upper East Side

UPPER EAST SIDE — No need to say "I go to Rio," or softly murmur "someday soon," the best of Brazil can be found in this new Upper East Side shop.

The Brazilian Market had this September at 304 East 77th St., just off Second Avenue, owners announced on Instagram.

"Brazilian delights just a step away from you in Manhattan," owners wrote. "Everyone is welcome."

Inside the cozy market, shoppers will find bright splashes of color, greens hanging from the ceiling and shelves upon shelves of Brazilian treats.

It's worth swinging by the shop for the glimpse Brazilian Market provides on how diners dine on other side of the equator.

For instance, when was the last time you tried a waffle with cheese and guava? Stuffed cheese rolls perked up in the air fryer? A box of Lacta Bombons Favoritos?

Admit it: not lately.

The Brazilian Market is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

And rest assured, Upper East Side doggos, pets are welcome.
