The restaurant's name, Kizuna, which translates to "bond" in Japanese, encapsulates their commitment to crafting a distinct and intimate dining affair, fostering a lasting connection between the chef, patrons, and the artistry of omakase.

"Our chefs' passion for their craft is evident in every dish, from the delicate precision of sushi and sashimi to the innovative flavor combinations that push the boundaries of traditional Japanese dining," states the restaurant's website.

For the omakase dinner experience, reservations are necessary, with each dining session lasting one hour and 30 minutes, and no courses are repeated, underscoring the importance of punctuality, officials said.

The restaurant provides a ten-minute grace period for each reservation, but late arrivals may risk not receiving the full omakase experience.

The omakase experience comprises 12 courses along with a serving of miso soup, offered at $150 per person.

For guests ordering from the regular sushi menu, the restaurant operates on a walk-in basis only, officials have stated.

The regular sushi menu includes staples such as spicy yellow tail, spicy salmon, toro scallops, tuna avocado, mackerel and eel.

Restaurant officials have stated that currently, the space operates as BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle), with no corkage fee in effect.

Kizuna Omakase Restaurant opens its doors every Monday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
