UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — One affordable apartment at an Upper West Side housing complex has been listed through a city housing lottery, offering rent as low as $1,812.

The apartment is part of the Parker West 214 West 72nd Street Apartments. The three bedroom unit was listed this week on Housing Connect.
