Alex Rodriguez Is Perusing Apartments On The UWS: Report

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Alex Rodriguez is looking to change things up following his split from Jennifer Lopez, and it appears that his new beginnings just might be on the Upper West Side.

Rodriguez, the former New York Yankees star and current real estate investor and businessman, was seen apartment hunting on the Upper West Side and in Tribeca over the weekend, according to the NY Post.

Specifically, A-Rod was spotted outside of Central Park West and West 81st Street, according to the pop culture Instagram page Deux Moi.

It isn't confirmed that Rodriguez toured this building, but the Beresford is located at the Central Park West address — which has previously served as home to Jerry Seinfeld, John McEnroe, and Diana Ross.

Rodriguez has dominated tabloids in the past weeks with his split from Lopez and his purchase of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

He recently posted on Instagram about his new phase of life.

"I am about to step into a new beginning in my life ... Anything that doesn't serve me is clearing out of my life. New energy is emerging. New levels are unlocking for me mentally, physically, and spiritually."
