The building itself was constructed in 1908, has 11 stories, a full-time door man, a garage, a bike room, and a live-in super, according to a StreetEasy listing.

The new buyer?

None other than Oscar winning composer and lyricist Benj Pasek, who is best known for "Dear Evan Hansen," "La La Land," and "The Greatest Showman."

Schumer will be moving into an even more recognizable address, as she purchased the "Moonstruck" townhouse in Brooklyn Heights in 2022 for $12.5 million, the New York Post reported at the time.

The home was made famous by Cher and Nicolas Cage in the 1987 film "Moonstruck."
