UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The Upper West Side will be returning to your television screen this summer with the premiere of the third season of "Only Murders In The Building" on Hulu.

Disney, which owns Hulu, announced earlier this week that the Emmy-nominated comedy based out of an Upper West Side building on West 86th Street will return Aug. 8.

The already star-studded cast of Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short will be adding some serious firepower in the third season, as Meryl Streep, Jessie Williams, Ashley Park, and Paul Rudd will all have parts in the new set of episodes.

The show follows three Upper West Side neighbors who have a shared love of true-crime podcasts. The trio of Gomez, Martin and Short came together in the first couple of seasons to solve two mysteries of their own.

"Only Murders In The Building's" central filming location is the Belnord building at 225 W. 86th St, which is the eye-catching building with the massive entryway and gate between Broadway and Amsterdam avenues.

The Belnord was designated as a New York City landmark in 1966 and is one of the rare NYC buildings where a car can enter and do a loop around the courtyard to exit.

The building is known as The Arconia in the Hulu show.

The first two seasons of the show are currently available on Hulu and Disney+.
