A four-story brownstone in the Upper West Side is officially on the market – for a whopping $27.5 million.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY – A four-story brownstone in the Upper West Side is officially on the market – for a whopping $27.5 million.

The townhouse is the most expensive on the UWS, according to the New York Post.

After purchasing the six bedroom, eight bathroom, 10,635-square--foot home in 2015, David and Dana Luttway spent five years rebuilding it from the ground up, the Post reported.
