Star Student: Leolo Excels At Wissahickon

AMBLER, PA — Star students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Patch has launched n initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

This submission comes from Samantha for a local student named Leolo, who attends Wissahickon Middle School.

"He works so hard to achieve good grades in school, plays the violin and is very active in his swim team," Leolo's mother Samantha wrote. "Great leadership abilities."

She added that Leolo "works very hard for his grades."
