After 13 Years, Construction Finally Begins On Wynnewood Mansion Apartments: Report
The project has been struck in litigation for 13 years. Now, finally, things are ready to move forward.
WYNNEWOOD, PA -- At long last, work has begun on the Maybrook mansion in Lower Merion, according to a report.
The massive castle-like home located between Penn Road and North Wynnewood Avenue has seen construction begin on a 250-unit apartment complex to be located nearby, the report states.
The Reserve at Maybrook has been dormant for 13 years, according to Main Line Media News, as litigation stalled over traffic issues since 2003.

Now that the issues have finally been resolved, construction is free to begin, the report states.
