What are some of your customer’s favorite items, services or products?

One of our customer favorite products/services is our seasonal Energy Savings Agreement Plans. Not only do we come out to clean and maintain our customer’s HVAC systems twice a year, but there are also many benefits included in our agreements that offer value throughout the season. Another thing that our customers like about our company is that we are still family owned and operated which allows us to offer personalized services to all of our clients.

Does your business have any big plans in the near or far future, such as expansion, new offerings, etc.?

We intend to begin Air Duct Cleaning services later this year. This will help expand upon our current IAQ offerings. This is a service we have seen an increase in interest in so we are excited to offer this to our clientele.

What is the best part of operating a business on the Main Line?

The best part of operating on the Main Line is the support we receive from the local community and the loyalty of our clientele.

What are some of the difficulties in operating your business that customers may not be aware of?

As our business is very weather dependent, it is often difficult to anticipate our schedule too far in advance. For example, certain jobs cannot be completed in the rain or inclement weather while other jobs have to be rescheduled to handle demand due to an unexpected heat wave or cold snap. Finally, another difficulty we have faced over the past few years is difficulties with supply chains and product availability.

What are some of your favorite businesses on the Main Line?

There are so many businesses on the Main Line that we love and support. However, some of our favorites include: McCloskey’s, Lu & Aug’s, Char & Stave, Trillium, Gerhardt’s, Bryn Mawr Film Institute, Merion Art & Repro, and Giannini’s Jewelry.
