COVID Vaccine Clinic At Lower Merion High School Feb 17

ARDMORE, PA — The Lower Merion School District's Health Services Department is hosting a coronavirus vaccination clinic next week in Ardmore and registration is now open.

The clinic will be from noon to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at Lower Merion High School.

Eric's Rx Shoppe will be offering Pfizer vaccines, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccines will not be offered.

The clinic will provide first or second doses of the Pfizer pediatric vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

Initial or second doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered for kids 12 and older and second doses for those who received their first dose at least 21 days ago will be available.

Third doses will be available for immunocompromised kids 5 to 11 who received their second dose at least 28 days ago; as well as for kids 12 and older who received their last dose more than five months ago.

Fourth doses of the Pfizer vaccine will also be available for anyone 12 and up who is immunocompromised and received their third dose more than five months ago.

The Pfizer vaccines will be administered in the cafeteria by LMSD nurses and community health care professionals.

Participants will be required to stay in the Kobe Bryant gymnasium for 15 minutes following administration of the vaccine for observation.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or will need to print out this consent form and bring a signed copy with them.

Everyone will be required to wear face masks that fully cover the mouth and nose at all times while on school property.
