Holiday Toy Drive Underway In Lower Merion Township

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — With the holiday season in full swing, many families may struggle to provide gifts to their little ones.

But there is a way Lower Merion residents can help those in need during the giving season.

A holiday food drive is underway in the township.

Six locations around the township are accepting toy donations through Dec. 21.

New, unwrapped toys for kids 3 to 12 years old are being accepted at the drop-off locations.

Additionally, gift cards for kids 12 to 16 are also accepted.

All donated items will be distributed across the Lower Merion community.

Below are drop-off locations and times:

  • Ardmore Avenue Community Center, 122 Ardmore Ave., Ardmore — 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Lower Merion Township Administration Building, 75 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore —8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Lower Merion Township Public Safety Building, 71 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore — 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Belmont Hills Library*, 120 Mary Watersford Road, Bala Cynwyd
  • Gladwyne Library*, 362 Righters Mill Road, Gladwyne
  • Penn Wynne Library*, 130 Overbrook Parkway, Wynnewood
