LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Heavy rains over the past several days soaked the Lower Merion Township area as officials and authorities dealt with some flooding and road closures.

Numerous communities reported flooding which caused road closures and also had officials monitoring flood levels along the Schuylkill and Delaware rivers, among other places.

• Penn Wynne — 1.14 inches
