Lane Closures Impacting Traffic On 2 Lower Merion Township Roads
Laneds on Spring Mill Road and Bala Avenue will be closed for various work, PennDOT said, impacting traffic in the Lower Merion area.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Spring Mill Road and Bala Avenue in Lower Merion Township will have lane closures due to PennDOT work, officials said.
According to PennDOT, a lane closure is planned on Spring Mill Road/Route 238 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through May 31.
The affected portion of road is between Wrenfield and County Line roads.

Additionally, Bala Avenue will have an overnight lane closure Monday through Friday this week.
Closures will be in place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

The affected area is between City Avenue/U.S. 1 and Montgomery Avenue/Route 23.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
